چکیده
Abstract A self-assembly Pd-Schiff base complex was synthesized and used as an electrochemical sensor in phosphate buffer solution, where it enhanced the electrocatalytic activity toward paracetamol detection. The Schiff {(HL) = (4-(((Z)-3-(hydroxyimino) butan-2-ylidene) amino)-1,5-dimethyl-2-phenyl-1,2-dihydro-3H-pyrazol-3-one)} selected to prepare Pd-based complexes due its high antimicrobial activity. linear calibration curve constructed using GC/Pd-SB concentration range of 1–50 ?M detection limit calculated 0.067 ?M. modified electrode, GC/Pd-SB, could successfully determine human blood serum commercial drug tablets with sensitivity. prepared metal characterized techniques, namely, X-ray diffraction (XRD) scanning electron microscope (SEM). In addition, studies were performed different techniques like cyclic voltammetry (CV), sweep (LSV), chronoamperometry (CA), impedance spectroscopy (EIS). DFT calculations estimate equilibrium geometry, molecular orbital, ground-state properties, interaction energy between palladium. Graphical

A sensor, based on multi-wall carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrode (MWCNT/GCE), was developed for determination of fenitrothion. Determining the surface area of MWCNT/GCE showed that this surface is three times more active than that of a glassy carbon electrode. The experimental parameters, such as the amount of MWCNTs, pH of the fenitrothion solution, preconcentration potential an...
